防水施工技术交底及操作技术工人要求
Technical disclosure of waterproof construction and requirements of operation technical workers
⑴ 、防水施工前，技术、质量、管理人员首先要对设计要求熟悉，对施工规范、施工方案、技术要求要充分学习，领会透。作到心中有数，技术、质量验收标准明确。
(1) before waterproof construction, technical, quality and management personnel shall first be familiar with the design requirements, and fully learn and understand the construction specifications, construction schemes and technical requirements. We have a clear understanding of our work and clear technical and quality acceptance standards.
⑵、防水工程为特殊控制过程的工程，操作技术工人必须有防水特殊作业工种的上岗证，无证人员坚决不允许上岗。
(2) the waterproof project is a project with special control process. The operating technical workers must have the work license for the special waterproof work type, and the personnel without the license are not allowed to work.
⑶、防水施工前，本工程施工技术负责人，项目工程师、要亲自对技术管理人员、工长进行施工方案，技术交底，交底要有交底记录和签名。
(3) before waterproof construction, the construction technical director of the project, project engineer, shall personally carry out construction scheme, technical disclosure to technical management personnel and foreman, with disclosure record and signature.
