一、施工准备：做好基层处理
1、 Construction preparation: base treatment
防水基层要求：在防水施工前要做好墙体、地面的基层处理，要确保基层表面坚实、无开裂、粉化、脱皮、起鼓等现象。同时基层表面必须清洁、无灰尘、脱膜剂等影响涂料粘结的任何杂物污迹。
