为什么要做地面防水

1、施工过程中在管道、地漏等穿越楼板时，其孔洞周边的防水层必须认真施工。墙体内埋水管，做到合理布局，铺设水管一律做大于管径的凹槽，槽内抹灰圆滑，然后凹槽内刷聚氨酯防水涂料。厨房、卫生间的地面必须坡向地漏口，适当加大坡度，厨房、卫生间内管道装修时应尽量避免改动原来的排水和污水管道及地漏位置，避免因重新排管凿楼板损坏防水层引起渗漏。

注：基层不湿润，在涂刷防水时，基层会吸收防水中的水分，造成防水在干燥过程中开裂。若基层存在积水，会稀释防水，造成局部涂刷质量不合格。
